Dreams do Come True!

We are writing this letter in testament of the excellent workmanship and honesty of Tim Lowndes, President of Charles Thomas Homes.

We had a dream of how we wanted our home to look. Tim Lowndes and his team made the dream a reality. They helped us in the planning and in the revisions as the home construction transpired.

As the building progressed we noticed that The Charles Thomas Team had the respect of the sub-contractors. Therefore we ended up with a quality home that we could not believe possible. They put the workmanship into this home as if it was going to be their own.

While building our home we talked with other friends and were totally surprised at what difficulties they were having with their contractors. We did not experience any of those difficulties and the process was overwhelmingly easy and pain free. Tim stayed on track and turned our dreams into reality.

We feel that welcoming future customers into our home to see the workmanship and quality would help future customers of Charles Thomas Homes make the right decisions themselves in choosing Charles Thomas Homes as ‘The Right Builder’ for everyone.

Lastly we have found Tim’s sub-contractors were friendly, easy to work with but most importantly they have become our friends. Without any hesitancy we would build another home with Charles Thomas Homes. I urge everyone that is going to build to build with Charles Thomas Homes.

This house has exceeded all our expectations. I love it and hope to live in it for the next thirty years. I told my family that they would be wheeling me out of this home!
